The gentle and effective course will help your body and soul to fully recover after childbirth. We are rebuilding the body step-by-step using breath, massage, and exercises.

My courses are unique blend of the classical knowledge of yoga & massage and pioneering methods in areas of women's health and family. It includes best exercises, breath or massage techniques, and meditations to relax.
